The American Automobile Association, known as AAA,is a 50 million member North American not-for-profit automobile lobby group, service organization, and seller of vehicle insurance.
The American Automobile Association registered the "AAA" mark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Therefore they are accusing the respondent that they have registered a domain name confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover, the respondent is accused of registering and using the domain name in bad faith. It seems that the respondent used the disputed domain name to redirect people to websites that compete with AAA.
And AAA goes even further with the contends. They say that the respondent is gaining a lot of money from click-through fees.
Because the respondent failed to submit an answer, and because AAA managed to demonstrate all three things needed, the Panel ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respodent to the complainant.
