Both,Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi say that some companies use their names and trademarks on Web sites without permission.

Therefore they filed separate cybersquatting claims in Federal Court.Agassi says that more companies registered domain names using his names.One of the company is Standard Bearer Enterprises,which registered andre-agassi.com on Oct. 4, 2001.The other DomainsByProxy ,registering the domain name andre-agassi.info on June 3, 2007 and the last one is Garvin Advertising Agency,which was accused of registering andre-agassi.net on Feb. 22, 2009.
The same things happened to Steffi Graf,accusing Marketing Express to have registered steffigraf.com on June 1, 2001,Domain Admin for the registration of  steffigraf.net on March 9, 2009 and Alexander Shadikhan,who registered steffigraf.info on March 31, 2009.
 Both are represented by Michael McCue with Lewis Roca.So it's interesting to see what is going to happen next.
