Activision will soon release the title Modern Warfare 3 .However,they don't own ModerWarfare3.com .
Initially,the domain name resolved to a website that redirect visitor's to a Battlefiled3 fan website .However,they have stopped the redirect now and,instead they have posted a video that mocks the Modern Warefare series,including Modern Warfare 3 .
Activision filed the complaint with the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name .
According to whois records,the domain name was registered two years ago .
The case is still pending for compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum .
