An arbitrator with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has awarded AAAForInsurance.com domain name to the American Automobile Association (AAA) .The company submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum on December 5,2011,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name .
AAA owns many trademark registrations all over the world for the "AAA" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .Moreover,the company contended in the complaint that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith .
"Insurance services, including Complainant’s competitors, all for the commercial benefit of Respondent. Respondent’s use of the disputed domain name clearly is an attempt to create confusion to attract Internet users to Respondent’s website for commercial gain from click-through revenue. "
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant .
