The seven disputed domain names are :,,,,, and

DELL owns many trademark registrations for the “DELL” mark all over the world. Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar with its trademark .Moreover, the company contended in the complaint that the respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain names and that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain names in bad faith .

One of the key points of this complaint was when DELL managed to demonstrate that ”Respondent’s disputed domain names display Complainant’s logos and pictures of its products, copy the color scheme of Complainant’s official websites, and offer services for Complainant’s products.”

DELL managed to establish all three elements required under the ICANN Policy and the Panel ordered the disputed domain names to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
